1. Can U.K. customers request other shipment methods?
    Yes, you are free to specify in your instructions during checkout if you would like an alternative type of shipping method offered compared to the ones we already offer, provided it involves getting your package signed for upon delivery. An invoice will be generated and sent to you indicating the additional cost involved for which you can pay via PayPal or directly with your credit or debit card via Sage Pay.
  2. Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, for more detailed information see section on Shipping at the bottom of this page.
  3. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
    U.K. customers 90% of the time, your order usually arrives within 1-2 working days. However, in the event of any delays during the delivery process please allow for up to 5 working days for your package to arrive.
    International customers, depending on the method of shipment you requested, the delivery time will vary. However there are many fast shipping methods which you can choose (please see Shipping for more details).
  4. Is there a minimum amount I have to spend to get my products shipped to an international destination?
    No, you are free to buy as few quantities as you like.
  5. Why are the items much cheaper when compared to elsewhere?
    This is since we sell directly to the you (the public) minimising costs by reducing our overheads of not having a physical store or middlemen, thus allowing the savings to pass onto you. 

  6. Do you back order items?
    No, when the item is back in stock it will be placed in our New Products section. Substitutes will NOT be made unless we first notify you, the customer for your conscent.
  7. Is my payment secure?
    Yes, your payment transaction(s) will be encrypted through our 256 bit Trusted SSL using secure socket layer (SSL) technology. Any additional data you store on this website will also be stored safely, in particular your personal data will be stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
