Shipping Information

The prefered method of postage/shipping within the UK is by registered 1st class registered mail where ALL orders will require a signature upon arrival, this is for your added security. Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be delivered. If however you require a faster method of delivery e.g. Royal Mail Next Day Delivery or DHL, please let us know by leaving a note in the INSTRUCTIONS box during checkout. We will then send you a PayPal invoice with the additional amount needed to pay to cover the shipping cost*. Paying this invoice through PayPal should only take a few minutes to carry out and you do not need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal.

For countries without postal codes, please type in at least to letters to represent the region/continent you reside in. Please see below for the international shipping options we offer. If however, you would like an even faster delivery service, e.g. Fedex or DHL (all trackable), please make the payment in the usual way, remembering to leave a note with your request in the INSTRUCTIONS box during checkout. After everything is agreed, we will send you an invoice via PayPal, our current payment service provider. You do not need to have a PayPal account to bay by Paypal. You can simply pay using your debit or credit card.

Customs or import duties may be imposed when your package reaches its destination country. The recipient must bear all the charges for customs clearance if they are applied. ACCESSORIES OF ENVY cannot say what they might be. Depending on your destination country, the customs policies may vary. Please contact the appropriate Customs Office for detailed information.


If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at anytime before we despatch it, by filling in the form in the CONTACT US page on our website or by sending an e-mail to  .


Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed from the day you return the products. International Customers refunds will be issued in your local currency at our exchange rate.


The period specified by us for the delivery of your order is simply to be used as an estimated guide only. You or someone acting on your behalf will be expected to sign to accept delivery of your order. All risk of your order which includes damage(s) or loss, delivery or liability for associated fees* incurred by us shall pass to you, if we are unable to deliver the order because of incorrect delivery details provided.
*(encompasses without constraint, insurance and storage)


On despatch the quantity of item(s) in your package shall be recorded by us and will be taken as decisive evidence of the quantity received by you on delivery, unless you provide us with verification to the contrary. ACCESSORIES OF ENVY shall not be liable for any non-delivery of package/s (even if caused by our negligence) unless you give us written notice of the non-delivery within 14 days of the date within which the Goods would have ordinarily run its course of being delivered to you. Our liability for non-delivery of the item(s) shall be limited to issuing a credit note or a refund at the pro rata rate against the invoice which was created for the particular order.


Unfortunately, there is no warranty or guarantee on our products.  On receipt of the order, you should inspect the item(s) to see which are damaged or defective. Item(s) which are not as described, not of satisfactory quality or simply unwanted may be returned for a full refund.  However, you must fill in the form in the CONTACT US page to let us know or send an e-mail to or inform us in writing within seven working days, starting on the day after the item(s) have been delivered to you.

If after receiving a message from you in writing, via e-mail correspondence or via our CONTACT US form you will still like to cancel your contract with us, please return your Product(s), in their original condition and packaging, within 28 days of receipt. The cost of postage will be borne by you and not refundable for the return of your Product(s).  If part of an order is cancelled, the postage and packaging charge will be recalculated using the cost of the goods you retain. Please ensure that Product(s) are sufficiently insured while returning them to us to minimise any risk(s) to you. Please remember to include your address details, as well as, your order number so that your order can be verified quickly for a swifter cancellation process. Please put your despatch note inside the package, as this will be evidence of your proof of purchase. Returns do not apply to earrings which cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons and does not affect your statutory rights. Please also note that SALE ITEMS must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

ACESSORIES OF ENVY Gift Certificates may be exchanged for item(s) of the same or higher value (on payment of the additional amount). They cannot be replaced if lost or substituted for cash. If exchanged for other item(s), delivery charges will be applied as normal.
